Dr. Ann Hill is a native of Mobile, Alabama and received the Lord in 1972 at Bethany Church of God in Christ in the town of Atwater, California under the leadership of the late Pastor Elder J.D. Jeffery.

Dr. Hill held various offices in her local church and Atwater True Vine district. Some of those positions included, Chairperson for the Young People Willing Workers group, Young Women’s Christian Council, Sunday School Teacher, Usher Board President, District Evangelist and other offices in the body of the church.

Evangelist, Dr. Ann Hill is the Founder and CEO of the Women of Love Ministry, Inc. that began in 1986.

This non-profit organization of diverse nationalities and denominations of women reaches out to all women in different cities. WOL ministry reaches women through Community Outreach’s, Teens for Christ, Prison Ministry English and Spanish, What’s Up girl, Women in Golden Years (over 50) and more.

The WOL Ministry is dedicated to supporting and helping women to strengthen their faith, love their family and to be faithful in their local church.

Ann has worked under has been mentored by various gifted leaders and in 1977 Ann heard the call of God to become a missionary and she received her state license and the Lord called her to the Evangelist office in 1983 and received her License.

On July 27, 2014, Ann received her Honorary Doctor of Divinity from Pneuma Theological Seminary.

Ann has traveled throughout the United States and abroad and ministers in Conferences, workshops, outreaches, prison ministries, retreats, women shelter’s, park outreaches, teaching marriage classes to young couples, & home discipleship.

Ann is a motivational speaker. Ann moves in a strong prophetic anointing as the Spirit of the Lord leads her. The Lord has given Dr. Hill a unique style in teaching and preaching the gospel and of ministering deliverance. Ann’s greatest passion is to prepare peoples heart for the kingdom of God.

Ann is married to her husband John of 46 years. The Senior Pastor of Holy Ground Ministry Turlock &
Overseer of HGM Delhi & Kerman.

They have three children, their son John Edward and daughter LaToya & son Andres.
